Today the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”) announced that it reached a settlement of the class action litigation stemming from the NCAA’s use of student athletes’ likeness in video games developed by Electronic Arts in Maitland, Florida.  The $20 million settlement will be paid to former and current Division 1 men’s basketball and Division 1 Bowl Subdivision football players.
